Job summary

Husky TechnologiesTM in Bolton, Ontario is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles. You will collaborate with HR and hiring managers, create sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience on each step.

The role supports campus programs, internships, co-op, and new graduates, with emphasis on employer branding and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related field.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment; campus recruiting and internship/co-op programs are assets.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract talent through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline development.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably PeopleSoft.
• Understanding of employment legislation and ethical recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in the ATS (PeopleSoft preferred).
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
