Job summary

Husky Technologies in Bolton, Ontario, seeks a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment, attracting top talent for multiple functions and levels. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP to devise effective strategies, build pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience onsite at our Bolton campus.

The role requires 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, strong relationship skills, and a passion for AI-enabled sourcing and innovative practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and recruitment experience.
• Experience in both Corporate and Agency recruiting environments is preferred.
• Proven success recruiting senior-level talent through direct sourcing and proactive outreach.
• Experience recruiting across Canada and the United States; global recruitment experience is an asset.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interviewing skills.
• Comfortable recruiting a broad range of roles, from Manufacturing and Operations through to Executive leadership levels.
• Passion for innovative sourcing methods, AI-enabled recruiting, and emerging talent trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of critical roles across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and traditional recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and strategic guidance to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and global counterparts to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and community outreach activities.
• Deliver recruitment-related training and support special HR and Talent Acquisition projects as required.
