You will build strategic sourcing plans, own employer branding, and partner with senior leaders to drive hiring outcomes.

The role leads internal recruiters, RPO vendors, and agency partners, balancing hands-on requisitions with high-impact leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
• 3+ years in a TA leadership role.
• Proven ability to design and execute employer brand and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic talent pipelining and nurture lists for critical skills.
• Elevate employer brand and value proposition.
• Enable hiring teams with strategic hiring guidance.
• Lead a blended global TA team of internal recruiters, agencies, and vendors.
• Actively source and close key searches.
• Leverage an ATS to document SOPs and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Use data from Visier's analytics to improve hiring metrics.
