The Role

The Global Supply Chain Analyst will support order fulfillment and logistics within our supply chain. Reporting to the Director, Global Supply Chain, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing tasks, and possess a strong understanding of order management, warehousing, and logistics. Responsibilities include managing orders from retailers, responding to inquiries, tracking shipments, collaborating with 3PL warehouses and internal teams, and analyzing KPIs to improve supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify orders from retail customers within established timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations and Finance to resolve pricing and MOQ discrepancies.
• Work with 3PL warehouses and logistics providers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage orders and returns for consignment retailers like Amazon.
• Prepare invoices and credit memos, and generate monthly KPIs.
• Respond to retailer inquiries and resolve discrepancies during month-end reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on warranty claims and returns.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in supply chain or logistics, preferably in tech or CPG sectors (experience with Amazon Seller Central and SAP is an asset).
• Experience with ERP systems, transportation management systems, and international shipping regulations is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Email, and Word; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
