We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain Data Management team.
Here's What You'll Get To Do
- ERP Management: Maintain and enhance an extensive item master ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product, contract, and medical data.
- Data Querying & Analysis: Develop and execute queries within PeopleSoft to extract, analyze, and interpret specific data sets.
- Impact Analysis: Evaluate and report the implications of product recalls, discontinuations, and weekly Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) updates.
- Reporting & Cost Analysis: Generate comprehensive usage reports and determine accurate cost impacts related to new contract implementations and product changes.
- User Collaboration: Partner closely with end-users, managing item transitions, handling requests efficiently, and ensuring clear, effective communication.
- Stockless JIT Program Support: Coordinate new item introductions, clearly communicate pricing updates, and swiftly deliver requested usage data.
- Documentation & Training: Create detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and instructional videos, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and smooth operational execution.
Here's What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience working in hospitals, healthcare, Shared Service Organizations (SSOs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), or supply chain and strategic sourcing environments (preferred).
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and distribution, supported by 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, with additional proficiency in SharePoint
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms is an asset
- Demonstrate strong experience analyzing, manipulating, transforming, and interpreting large, complex datasets.
- Intermediate programming skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Python. Familiarity with Excel/VBA, Azure SQL, and automation platforms is preferred.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are known for your analytical rigor, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective time management and can deliver high-quality work independently under pressure.
