Job summary

D2L is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex proposal responses for global clients, driving cross-functional collaboration and pursuit readiness. You will manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with high visibility, shaping messaging, and ensuring compliant, compelling submissions.

You will partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to improve proposal quality and drive strategic alignment across the organization, mentoring peers along the way.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, writing, organizational, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience leading complex proposal responses (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) globally.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex proposal responses for prospective and existing clients globally.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and risk.
• Develop and refine executive summaries, letters, and messaging.
• Support process improvements and proposal excellence across the function.
