Job summary

• Requires practical knowledge of job area.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, sustain and manage a global network of service centers.
• Lead vendor due diligence, capability validation and subcontract management.
• Monitor KPIs (turnaround time, on-time delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, financials) and drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across global locations to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
