Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Trenton, Ontario seeks an Associate Manager, Operations Management CC330 to lead a unionized team and ensure delivery of the CC330 in the Service Support contract. You will coordinate with operations, QA, engineering, and planning to maintain airworthiness and adherence to AMO procedures.

The role requires 5+ years in operations management, strong decision-making and communication skills, and the ability to manage fatigue risk and safety standards within a rotating

Qualifications

College or undergraduate degree in engineering, AME, mechanics or aeronautics.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management.
Experience in team supervision (unionized employees an asset).
Ability to decide quickly and take action.
Bilingual English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead CC330 program activities in Trenton, including recruitment and deliverables.
Support AMO DTAES accreditation by refining airworthiness documentation.
Represent operations in meetings, identify risks and provide solutions.
Improve operational structure and efficiencies with training oversight.
Coordinate with QA, engineering, PRAA and programs manager to meet KPIs.
Establish daily priorities, track maintenance, and manage overtime.
