Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Sr. Associate, Demand Management Support (L2) in Waterdown, Ontario to join the Demand Management team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate internal purchase orders to support factory production and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Bids & Proposals, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning.
  • Monitor and manage production time fences and short-term forecast activities for timely product specifications release.
  • Support sales operations activities including order acceptance, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate forecast, pipeline, and customer data across CRM and demand planning systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and contractual requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sr. Associate, Demand Management Support individual to join our growing team, embedded within the Demand Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales organization by driving operational efficiency, supporting complex sales cycles, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and internal processes. You will work closely with Sales, Bids & Proposals, Contracts, CSG, Engineering, and Program Management teams to drive operational efficiency, maintain accurate orders & pipeline data, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

*This posting is for a current vacancy. In the province of Ontario, Canada, the pay range for this position will be $70,000-$90,000
