• Formally trained in HACCP food hygiene principles and export compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Research global seafood market trends, secure contracts with foreign distributors, and achieve regional revenue targets.
• Maintain alignment with international food safety laws, customs regulations, and agency frameworks like FDA/CBP/NOAA Fisheries.
• Authorize and process international trade documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, health certifications, and Catch Certificates.
• Oversee freight forwarders and shipping partners to ensure temperature-controlled transit of fresh or frozen goods.
• Negotiate prices, specifications, and volumes with suppliers and buyers.
