THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
The Global Salesforce Specialist supports the analysis, optimization, and functional support of NDI’s Salesforce platform and related Salesforce-based systems across NDI’s global operations. Working across regions and business functions, this role helps enable consistent, scalable business processes while supporting the distinct needs of local teams.
This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams globally to translate business needs into functional solutions and contribute to the ongoing evolution, optimization, and adoption of Salesforce and related systems. The Global Salesforce Specialist helps connect regional requirements with enterprise priorities, identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement, and strengthen system capability, data quality, and user adoption across the organization.
The role develops increasing independence in managing functional requests, supporting cross-regional initiatives, and contributing to solutions that can scale across NDI’s global business.
