Job summary

Henry Schein One group is seeking a General Manager, Academic to lead the global growth of the Academic Product portfolio with full P&L accountability, driving revenue, profitability, and market share through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

You will scale SaaS internationally, build cross-functional teams, and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions, dental distributors, and global industry bodies, shaping the future of academic dental software.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership in Enterprise SaaS with public sector experience.
Proven record of scaling global businesses with direct P&L ownership.
Strong commercial and financial acumen—revenue, growth, budgeting.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Academic Product portfolio with accountability for revenue, profitability and market share.
Achieve sales and growth targets through KPI-driven strategies.
Drive new business development, marketing initiatives, and market expansion.
Ensure excellence in customer service, onboarding and technical support.
Cascade KPIs across all business functions and sustain a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with Henry Schein organizations to unlock mutual growth.
Represent HSOne at industry associations and academic communities.
Partner with product/tech leaders to translate needs into scalable innovation.
