Metso is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Quote and Order Management Specialist) to manage the full quote-to-cash cycle, coordinating quotes, orders, and invoicing with internal teams and global partners. Qualifications

• Experience in quote and order management within manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent bilingual communication in French and English.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely quotes based on product specs, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with global partners, purchasing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle invoicing and billing, resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity in systems.
• Identify improvements in customer service processes and workflows.
