Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in a customer/supplier service environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Strong situational awareness and under-pressure decision-making.
• Experience or understanding of PV/BESS operations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to rotate on 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control PV and BESS facilities in real-time via SCADA/EMS across multiple sites.
• Execute switching orders and plant commands with Transmission Operators and Balancing Authorities.
• Adhere to market rules (CAISO, ERCOT, MISO, National Grid, TSOs) and maintain operational standards.
• Maintain BES reliability and protect Critical Cyber Assets (CCAs) under CIP standards.
• Document events, logs, and evidence for ISO 9001 audits and quality reviews.
