Job summary

Airswift is seeking a NERC Compliance Supervisor to bolster compliance programs within an Operations Control Centre overseeing solar PV and BESS assets across North America. The role collaborates with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and leadership to integrate regulatory requirements into daily operations.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of NERC reliability standards, documentation controls, and audit-readiness, in a 24/7 asset environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in control room or utility operations.
Experience supporting NERC-registered entities and compliance programs.
Experience with audits, regulatory reviews, and evidence retention.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of NERC compliance programs in Operations Control Centre activities.
Interpret reliability standards and translate requirements into procedures and workflows.
Monitor compliance obligations and ensure documentation and reporting are completed on schedule.
Remain current with emerging NERC standards and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate impact of new/revised compliance obligations.
Develop controls to support demonstrable compliance during audits and assessments.
