Job summary

RBC in Vancouver is seeking an Analyst to join the Global Physical Security Operations Center, supporting real-time surveillance, incident response, and the protection of assets and people worldwide. This role will drive workflow design, apply SOPs, integrate advanced security technologies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, coordinated responses.

A background in security operations, threat intelligence, risk assessments, and willingness to work in hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in security operations (GSOC/PSOC) or similar.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and alerting tools.
• Knowledge of physical security, incident management, and risk assessments.
• Ability to work under pressure with on-call rotations including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 operations of the PSOC for monitoring, detection, and response.
• Apply SOPs and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Drive the design of workflows for processing intelligence and escalation of incidents.
• Integrate advanced security technologies and case management systems into operations.
