Job summary

Pebl is seeking an organized, execution-focused Program Manager to join our Business Operations team, reporting to the Vice President of Employment Solutions. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve the experience of Pebl’s customers and employees while strengthening the scalability, efficiency, and quality of our global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading project or program management initiatives (SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or global employment preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills; adept at presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from scoping through implementation and post-launch review.
• Translate priorities into structured projects with milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Establish governance with documentation and regular updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Engineering, Legal and Sales to align program goals and execution.
• Improve customer and employee experiences across onboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, and support.
• Create dashboards, trackers, and reports to show progress, risks, and impact.
• Prepare executive updates, decision documents, and post-implementation debriefs.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and sustain improvements.
