Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Program Manager, Employee Experience & Culture to own and evolve programs that connect our people to a shared culture across a newly integrated North American organization. You will design, implement, and monitor initiatives that align individual goals with organizational priorities.

You will lead recognition, employee listening, and tech-enabled experiences while partnering with HRBPs, safety, marketing, and communications to embed values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
• Working knowledge of talent management philosophies and practical implementation.
• Experience in multi-site and multi-national organizations preferred.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US; we will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage programs and processes to improve the employee experience, including project management, vendor management, content creation, communications, and program analytics.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and provide guidance to HRBPs to support successful adoption.
• Manage internal recognition platform and lead recognition initiatives, including creation of formal award programs tied to new values.
• Execute on employee experience strategy to connect employees to culture at key moments in the lifecycle.
• Support senior manager in executing employee listening strategy and act on feedback.
• Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.
