Job summary

OMERS & Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Manager of Sustainable Investing for Private Markets to advance the SI program across PE investments. You will collaborate with Direct Private Equity and Private Capital teams to integrate sustainability across the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities include due diligence review, SI material production for committees, and tracking portfolio SI performance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced, global team based

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sustainability experience within investment management, asset management, financial services, or consulting.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance and value.
• Disposition to follow high-level direction in a complex organization, proactively and independently.
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Direct Private Equity and Private Capital teams on Sustainable Investing throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Review due diligence materials and identify sustainability risks and opportunities.
• Advise investment teams on SI materials for investment committee requirements.
• Asset management: track SI performance and support risk mitigation and value creation initiatives.
• Conduct portfolio annual reviews with PE framework and third-party inputs.
