OMERS / Oxford Properties Group seeks an Enterprise Counsel to deliver business-focused legal advice across corporate, commercial, securities and governance matters. You will manage external counsel, support the Corporate Secretariat, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Risk teams on policy and compliance issues.

The role encompasses advising on regulatory, transactional and governance matters, leading sustainability reviews, and coordinating director and trustee appointment

Formación

• Experience across corporate, commercial and securities matters.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate agreements.
• Strong governance and legal-entity management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business-focused legal advice across corporate, commercial, securities and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate external counsel and support the corporate secretariat and governance duties.
• Support governance, ESG initiatives and day-to-day legal operations for OMERS businesses.
