OMERS in Toronto seeks a Manager to advance Sustainable Investing for Private Equity. You will partner with Direct Private Equity and Private Capital teams across the investment lifecycle, shaping the SI framework and aligning with OMERS enterprise initiatives.

You will oversee diligence, portfolio enablement, and exit materials, monitor portfolio trends, and represent PE in enterprise SI committees, driving cross-asset collaboration and value creation.

Formación

• 5+ years of sustainability experience within investment management or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive strategic SI initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
• Ability to work independently in a complex organizational structure.
• Excellent relationships with internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of SI frameworks and data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the Sustainable Investing program for Private Equity.
• Review investment due diligence for SI risks and opportunities.
• Support asset management SI performance tracking.
• Lead engagement with portfolio companies and webinars.
• Represent PE SI in enterprise committees and cross-asset collaboration.
