Job summary

OMERS / Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Manager, Global Wellbeing to lead global programs supporting the wellbeing of our people across OMERS and Oxford. You will partner with senior leaders, HR teams, our Chief Medical Officer and Wellness Centre to advance mental health and chronic illness prevention.

You will use analytics to measure impact, manage budgets and vendor relationships to deliver scalable initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex wellbeing programs across regions.
• Strong data analytics and reporting to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Knowledge of mental health, chronic illness prevention, and benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global wellbeing programs and campaigns.
• Partner with HR, leaders, and external partners to align goals.
• Leverage analytics to measure impact and report outcomes to leaders.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for wellbeing initiatives.
