Arc’teryx Equipment in North Vancouver is seeking an Associate Product Line Manager – PRO to help build profitable global product line assortments. You will work with the PLM team to deliver on brand vision and consumer needs, collaborating with design, development, and commercial teams.

The role requires 3+ years in outdoor retail or related fields, strong organizational skills, and excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outdoor retail or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities; able to cross-function across departments.
• Understanding of active apparel market and PRO markets is a plus.
• Familiar with design, development, and commercialization processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Willing to travel as required; proactive in problem solving.
• Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations; autonomous and collaborative.
• Passion for outdoor work and product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support product line strategy development for assigned categories.
• Create briefs aligned with category strategy, seasonal narrative and brand vision.
• Contribute to cross-functional product creation from concept to market.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation to enable scale.
• Assist managing KPIs, costs, and value proposition.
• Support lifecycle management from consumer research to retirement.
• Contribute to seasonal selling plans and GTM strategies.
• Support market research and insights for new products and ranges.
• Prepare product presentations for key calendar milestones.
• Create selling tools and product information for Commercial/Brand teams.
• Uphold Fair Labor Association codes throughout supply chain.
