Job summary

Canada Goose seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Pricing to define and maintain pricing architecture across categories, geographies, and channels.

You will translate customer value and commercial performance into actionable pricing decisions that strengthen brand positioning and drive financial results. You will lead a cross-functional pricing team, collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Finance, and Regional teams, and champion new pricing processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing strategy, commercial planning or finance, revenue management, or related functions.
• Experience developing pricing frameworks, governance models, and repeatable processes.
• Strong analytical capability with pricing models, margin analysis, elasticity, and scenario modeling.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Merchandising, Finance, Commercial, Channel, and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global pricing architecture across categories, geographies and channels.
• Develop pricing recommendations balancing value, brand equity, and margins.
• Lead cross-functional pricing discussions with input from key stakeholders.
• Design pricing tools and dashboards to enable visibility, speed, and performance.
