Job summary

Techso seeks a PLM Project Manager – 3DEXPERIENCE to lead a large-scale aerospace initiative with international collaboration between business, technical teams, and stakeholders. The role coordinates Dassault Aviation IT components, aligns requirements with processes, and drives successful delivery across North America and Europe.

You will manage a ~10-person multidisciplinary team, drive change, and ensure user adoption of the PLM solution while coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing complex projects in an industrial environment.
• Experience implementing PLM solutions or leading digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of ~10 people.
• Oversee business aspects and ensure alignment of requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with Dassault Aviation in France on IT components.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor implementation phases.
• Define priorities, timelines, and performance indicators.
• Identify risks and implement action plans.
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams.
• Facilitate status meetings, workshops, and committees.
• Ensure clear communication with local and international teams.
