Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aerospace.
• 1+ year with a major PLM system (PTC, Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, SAP-PLM).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and functional specification creation.
• Expertise in configuration control, baseline creation, and change management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• English required for interaction with English-speaking stakeholders in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Lead development of detailed solution designs with architects.
• Drive deployment plans and training materials.
• Manage configuration elements and change requests.
• Prepare data packages and project documentation.
• Monitor risks and issues and report to stakeholders.
