Job summary

Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, seeks a Global Solution Architect to lead strategic consulting across North America. You will craft architecture roadmaps, align business needs with 3DEXPERIENCE solutions, and educate sales teams on new strategies and technologies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience of global solution architecture for PLM or similar enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge and experience of 3DEXPERIENCE platform or any large enterprise PLM software.
• Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering.
• Experience in popular Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (like TOGAF) and architecture capture tools like CAMEO, Rhapsody.
• Business transformation engagement experience with Customers.
• Business Process knowledge in multiple domains like system engineering, design/engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, program management, after market etc.
• Deep knowledge in Industry standards & Business processes across multiple industry sectors (e.g. automotive, high-tech, life sciences, aerospace etc.)
• Experience working within a software project delivery lifecycle, including both on premise and SaaS Cloud solutions.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with high consultative and problem-solving skills.
• Rapid adoption of new knowledge, practices, tools and processes.
• Able and available to travel up to 50%.
• Capable of producing deliverables in English and French
• Able to converse in French and English
• Knowledge of 3DExperience, CATIA and DELMIA

Responsibilities

• Act as chief architect for strategic consulting efforts within the NAM GEO.
• Develop strategic roadmaps of DS solution and process experiences (3DEXPERIENCE) enabling customers to achieve business objectives.
• Define integrated Global Solution enabling the customer to execute its business strategy across whole processes.
• Educate DS sales teams on new strategies and technologies; support roadmap development.
• Define or review global solution architecture leveraging DS know-how for customer objectives.
• Define best practices in solution architecture for reuse across multiple engagements.
• Manage relationships with extended DS organizations (R&D, Services) in the context of strategic customer relationships.
