Job summary

TANK WW in Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation to launch for pharmaceutical marketing. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication to deliver on time, on budget, and on scope.

You will manage timelines and resourcing within your brand portfolio, collaborate with client servicing to scope and estimate new work, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in creative/pharma advertising.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end process for the development and execution of pharmaceutical marketing projects, including planning, scoping, estimating, and maintaining timelines.
• Process adherence to OH’s integrated process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain status reports, meeting minutes, and timeline exports for clients.
• Internal communication: plan meetings, disseminate information, and provide updates on status and tasks; communicate changes in priority, direction, and scope.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline workflows and outcomes.
• Perform other duties or special internal projects as assigned.
