Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll and accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of payroll calculations and withholdings.
• Strong Excel skills and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including wages, deductions, tax withholdings and payments.
• Ensure timely filings of payroll withholdings/remittances.
• Process Canadian and international payrolls with foreign providers to comply with local rules.
• Record, reconcile payroll transactions in the accounting system (WSIB, EHT, etc.).
• Support period-end closing and variance analysis.
