Job Overview:

CE Global Partners, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist, is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to support clients in Europe and the Middle East.

Broad Scoped Global Payroll Manager Role Including:

• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for global clients.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax laws.
• Manage relationships with external outsourced payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.
• Ownership of system upgrades and implementations, including technology selection and best practices.
• Client relationship management up to CHRO and HR Director.
• Commission and bonus calculations.
• Advise on technical payroll requirements, e.g., benefits and statutory payments.
• Assist the Finance team with all payroll reporting requirements.
• Work with the HR team to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure payroll governance and variance control are effectively managed.
