Job summary

PartnerRe is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across 10+ countries, with a focus on North America, Europe, and APAC regions. The role drives end-to-end payroll delivery, benefits changes, vendor coordination, and system enhancements.

You will manage a high-performing team, transform payroll into a strategic partner, and ensure compliance with local requirements while supporting PartnerRe’s mission and growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with multi-country payroll operations and compliance.
• Strong technical payroll system knowledge and data reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global payroll team across 10+ countries, ensuring accurate payroll for 1,300+ employees.
• Coach and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team.
• Drive payroll simplification, automation, and AI-enabled improvements with IT and Finance.
• Maintain standardized procedures and country-specific compliance frameworks.
• Oversee payroll audits, vendor relations, and time reporting.
• Administer benefits program pay-impacts across regions and plan rules.
• Support strategic initiatives to align payroll with global objectives.
