Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director of Global Services Operations & Excellence based in Canada. This role will build a global operations function to optimize training and advisory service delivery across North America, EMEA, and APAC, establishing structure, operating model, and performance standards for scalable, profitable execution.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into efficient processes and measurable results.

Formación

• Extensive professional services or service delivery leadership experience.
• 8+ years in service delivery with multi-region leadership.
• Experience establishing a new operations/service excellence function.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and client satisfaction.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with PSA/ERP and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global services operations team and establish operating model.
• Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, and demand forecasting.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery lifecycle and client experience.
• Define KPIs and create dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and revenue recognition.
• Drive automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency.
