Job summary

yohrs.co.uk is seeking a Global Operations Shared Services Manager to bring structure and visibility to a complex global Operations environment. You will lead a distributed Shared Services team and coordinate across Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Installations to ensure smooth handoffs and clear ownership.

The role focuses on process improvement, KPI reporting, and governance, with a strong emphasis on automation and ERP/CRM optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Operations, Shared Services, Business Ops, Program Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading teams and managing recurring service requests.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills and influence without authority.
• Process-improvement mindset with SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheet, workflow automation, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed Shared Services team.
• Manage work intake, prioritisation, capacity, and service delivery.
• Maintain operating visibility across requests, actions, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and remove friction between teams.
• Own reporting: cadence, dashboards, KPIs, and updates.
• Standardise processes, documentation, controls, and cross-training.
• Support automation and better use of ERP/CRM tools.
• Coordinate initiatives spanning multiple functions.
