Job summary

eBay is seeking a leader to manage occupancy planning, space management, and move coordination across a global footprint. You will balance data-driven planning with stakeholder engagement to optimize real estate strategy, align with business needs, and drive efficiency.

You will guide a team, develop data-driven recommendations, and partner with Real Estate, Facilities, Design & Construction, and business units to deliver impactful workspace solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Occupancy Planning, Architecture, Interior Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• IFMA (Facility Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy, seat assignments, and space utilization data.
• Manage office/workstation inventory, vacancy tracking, and seating allocations.
• Analyze headcount and space data to support planning and projections.
• Develop occupancy scenarios and migration plans to support real estate strategy.
• Lead MAC moves from planning to execution and ensure timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate reporting on occupancy, utilization, and workplace trends.
