Job summary

Geotab seeks a Corporate Real Estate Project Lead to manage and coordinate global office projects outside the Oakville headquarters, acting as the primary contact for Office Experience oversight. You will work with IT, Security, Communications, and People Operations to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

You will lead multiple initiatives across geographies, negotiate with vendors, align with brand and safety standards, and drive standardized processes for efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in office or construction projects.
• Experience managing office or construction projects from approval through delivery.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographies.
• Demonstrated financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Strong risk management and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate corporate real estate projects outside the Oakville headquarters.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Communications and People Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for global office projects.
• Evaluate potential properties for technical fit, headcount and budget viability.
• Coordinate and manage budget, POs, change orders, and contracts.
