Job summary

eBay is seeking a Live and Emerging Strategic Execution Manager to set strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives across Live commerce. You will operationalize PRPS and IP policies, translate policy into workable requirements for Product, Engineering, Operations, and other partners, and lead risk-managed execution across initiatives.

The role emphasizes building scalable compliance capabilities, managing dependencies, and guiding teams through ambiguity to align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in trust, safety, compliance, risk, governance, or related domains.
• Experience with live commerce, creator platforms, marketplaces, or fast-moving product environments.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and drive execution for complex Live compliance initiatives with multiple dependencies.
• Establish working models and operating rhythms for efficient execution across partner teams.
• Lead the operationalization of PRPS and IP policies for Live, including detection requirements and enforcement pathways.
• Coordinate complex workstreams end-to-end across Live, Policy Operations, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Risk.
• Support risk framing for Live launches, including phased rollout strategies and mitigations.
