Gildan in Montreal, QC, is seeking a seasoned Global Mobility leader to govern worldwide assignments, relocations and localization programs.

You will own policy development, end-to-end mobility delivery, cost management and compliance, partnering with Compensation, HR, Finance, Legal and external advisors to align with the Total Rewards framework.

You will resolve complex mobility cases, provide analytics to leadership and drive improvements in the employee experience across borders.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in global mobility: tax and immigration.
• Global mobility certification (GMS/GMS-T) is an asset.
• Proficiency in a language other than French (English) for global support.

Responsabilités

• Develop and govern global mobility policies and standards.
• Manage end-to-end expatriate and international transfers.
• Oversee mobility cost management and budgeting.
• Coordinate immigration, tax, payroll with partners and vendors.
• Provide advisory analytics and leadership reports on mobility.
• Design compliant assignment solutions across countries.
• Resolve complex mobility cases with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Director, Global Compensation on packages.
