Job summary

You will develop 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical equipment, use AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools, and collaborate with engineers across global projects. The role offers learning opportunities and exposure to renewable power and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• Working toward graduation in 2027 or recently graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar program.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical design and drawing practices.
• Experience with 3D modelling and 2D drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to apply design principles for 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other Hatch groups to share results and integrate designs.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical equipment.
• Learn various design tools and workflows relevant to mechanical design and piping systems.
• Participate in office and site safety trainings and inductions as needed to support activities.
• Perform field verification and provide field support during construction.
