Job summary

INNIO is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Welland, ON, to manage cross-border shipments, coordinate domestic and international freight, and support planning and purchasing teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field and 1–3 years of logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, documentation, tracking, and liaising with suppliers, carriers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with dedicated trucks and complete required documents.
• Coordinate air shipments to international destinations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and route to proper channels.
• Record PO receipts and outbound shipment details.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and arrange special shipping as needed.
• Maintain logistics policies, procedures, and planning data.
• Track shipments through multiple channels and liaise with planners, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
