Job summary

A manufacturing company in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Junior Logistics Aftermarket Coordinator to assist with transportation documentation, coordinate shipments, and ensure compliance with trade regulations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in shipping within a manufacturing environment and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This role offers a dynamic work environment that values organizational skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipping capacity in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using major Couriers and exposure to their shipping software.
• Ability to function in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of transportation documents.
• Coordinate transportation and orchestrate deliveries.
• Maintain daily volume of shipments to ensure deadlines are met.

Skills

Strong organizational skills

Very strong knowledge of Trade Compliance regulations

Ability to build strong relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience

Industry Certifications considered an asset
