Job summary

You will process invoices, update internal systems, and follow up on transportation files with autonomy and attention to detail. Qualifications

• Education in logistics, administration, operations management, international business, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or administration is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of computer tools and ability to learn and use various systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify the compliance of documents, follow up on missing information, and complete the required validations for supplier payments.
• Identify issues, carry out the necessary follow-ups, and contribute to their resolution.
• Update and validate shipment booking information in internal systems.
• Support the validation of transportation bookings and the tracking of international shipments.
• Assist with the processing and follow-up of document requests from customs brokers.
• Contribute to improving and optimizing the team’s processes.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
