Job summary

You will partner with executives, HR partners and subject‑matter experts to translate business priorities into scalable curricula, leadership pathways and development plans while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, or related HR disciplines.
• Proven success designing enterprise‑wide or global talent programs.
• Strong experience with talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work with HR partners and stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple regions; strong analytical and PM skills.
• Sound knowledge of adult learning and organizational capability building.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy for talent management, learning, leadership development and performance.
• Partner with executives and HR to translate priorities into scalable programs.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure learning impact and performance trends.
• Oversee leadership development journeys and succession planning.
