Job summary

Celestica Inc. seeks a Quality Systems Development Lead to provide global quality leadership and manage the Quality Management System across sites. You will support operations to meet quality targets aligned with global strategy.

Responsibilities include deploying QMS, driving customer satisfaction surveys, audits, and certification readiness, while training site personnel on quality processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 11–14 years of experience in quality leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple sites/regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and deployment of the Quality Management System and related processes.
• Provide leadership to sites to define critical Quality business processes and tools.
• Review customer scorecards and audits to drive corrective actions and communications.
• Ensure readiness for external certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, TL9001, etc.).
• Develop and deliver training on global processes to site personnel.
