Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a Director of Technical Operations to lead global IT operations, including helpdesk, hardware lifecycle, and corporate systems at scale. The role focuses on service delivery, security governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT operations, strong people leadership across time zones, and a track record of aligning IT services with organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT operations experience.
• Experience leading geographically distributed IT teams (US/India preferred).
• Hands-on ITSM platform administration and service performance reporting.
• Extensive hardware lifecycle management and asset tracking.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and identity management experience.
• Experience managing a SaaS application portfolio and vendor oversight.
• Experience enforcing security standards and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience budgeting IT operations and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed IT operations teams across locations, aligning service standards and employee experience.
• Own global helpdesk, SLA definitions, escalation procedures, and reporting.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle programs including procurement, deployment, and refresh planning.
• Administer corporate systems (Microsoft 365, IAM, SaaS portfolio).
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness for internal IT systems.
