Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer for its Professional Services team in Canada. You will lead end-to-end integration initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation to design and deliver high-visibility projects.

You will discuss product features and API architecture with customers, educate users and developers, and act as the technical point of contact for large accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Software Engineering / Integration Engineering role.
• Comfortable with code-level debugging (Stripe code and user code).
• Able to explain Stripe features and API architecture clearly.
• User-first approach and empathy with customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue for the Professional Services team.
• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end from high-level architecture to code.
• Explain technical concepts and Stripe architecture to customers and partners.
• Educate users and developer communities on Stripe value, best practices, and new tech developments.
• Be the ongoing technical contact for largest users and partners teams.
• Stay updated on Stripe technologies and showcase thought leadership.
