Check Point Software is seeking an experienced Indirect Purchasing professional to analyze internal requests, enforce policies, and coordinate with Finance, MIS, Legal, and Operations to execute purchases. You will negotiate with suppliers, break down contracts, and drive actions across Canada, US and Latin America.

Requirements include 2–3 years in purchasing and project management, SAP ERP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years purchasing, negotiation and project management experience preferred.
• Experience with creating and processing purchases through ERP (preferably SAP).
• Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills.
• Ability to analyze price offers and negotiate improved terms.

Responsabilités

• Analyze internal business requests.
• Enforce purchasing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for execution.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved business terms, cost mitigation/avoidance.
• Partner with business owners located in Canada, US, and Latin America.
• Break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
• Manage multiple projects with timely execution.
