Job summary

Reflector Entertainment Ltd. in Cambridge, Ontario, seeks a Junior Buyer (Contract) to join the Corporate Purchasing Team.

You will manage indirect purchases, analyze spend, and maintain vendor and material data in SAP, while supporting RFPs, contracts, and invoice audits. You will contribute to process improvements, monitor market conditions, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and corporate services to optimize procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of purchasing experience.
• Experience with SAP (ERP).
• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma in supply chain.
• Working towards an SCMP designation.
• Knowledge of supply chain procedures.
• Ability to influence decision-makers; strong relationship management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• In-depth analytical and organizational abilities.
• French language knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and analyze RFPs and contracts for indirect purchases.
• Report and analyze indirect spend to support strategic sourcing.
• Audit invoices and monitor vendor conformance.
• Demonstrate a systematic and innovative approach to problem solving.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers.
• Monitor market conditions using online tools and published information.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain master data for SAP procurement, including vendors and materials.
• Provide administrative support for Procurement department, including trackers.
