Job summary

Flexport is hiring an Implementation Manager in Canada to own and evolve our Implementation Methodology as our ICP product suite expands. You’ll drive end-to-end implementations, build scalable playbooks, and partner with Sales and Operations to launch new business live and delivered as sold.

You will scope and plan implementations, align multiple teams, and own the critical path to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics, supply chain management/consulting, or freight forwarding.
• Self-starter who spots process gaps and builds solutions before being asked.
• Track record of scoping, planning, and closing client-facing, cross-functional projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable owning the room with clients.
• Sharp attention to detail and a bias for delivering ahead of schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the Implementation Methodology with defined tasks, personas, ownership, timing, and templates.
• Create playbooks for new products or services and lead implementation gaps.
• Partner with Sales and Operations as the client's primary contact through implementation.
• Lead implementation for new accounts and for existing clients from award to steady-state delivery.
• Scope awarded business and build the implementation plan coordinating multiple internal teams.
• Own the critical path and readiness to deliver on the sold timeline.
• Adapt plans in real time and turn learnings into service improvements.
• Report status to leadership and proactively flag barriers with mitigation plans.
• Close out implementations with reviews to drive improvements into the methodology.
