Job summary

Rippling is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to deliver seamless HR and operations support for clients in our EOR model. You will own onboarding, payroll data management, employee changes, and terminations while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will be the link between international clients, global teams, and HR operations, handling data transfers, SOPs, and compliance across borders in a fast-paced, highly organized environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR support, operations, or a related role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, employee changes, and terminations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data management, including transferring and reconciling data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for clients, collecting essential details and drafting employment agreements.
• Manage lifecycle changes (promotions, salary tweaks, role shifts) with addendums and precise execution.
• Navigate terminations and offboarding with compliant processes and secure data handling.
• Prepare, upload, and audit payroll data templates to ensure accurate and timely payments.
