Job summary

Rippling is seeking an experienced EOR HR Operations Program & Enablement Manager to design scalable workflows and knowledge systems for Rippling's Employer of Record teams. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or EOR programs.
• Experience running large cross-functional projects with international teams.
• Strong understanding of international employment laws and EOR services.
• Experience owning case-management systems (e.g., Salesforce) and knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, Help Centre).
• Skilled at building training curricula and coaching frameworks for frontline leaders.
• Able to design scalable HR operations processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations and EOR program initiatives across multiple countries.
• Develop scalable workflows, tools, and training for consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Payroll/Tax to drive improvements.
• Maintain guides and help articles to reduce support tickets and improve knowledge sharing.
